Vasectomy and Viagra

The second me and Viagra too great achievements of modern science. I have always wanted to get one done at an early age. Never really wanted kids. My daughter my Superstar was The Unwanted result of horny usefulness. I can honestly say I had very little connection at first to my daughter. I was working insane hours as a dock worker when she was born. 10 through 12 hours on 8 hours off day and night. The drive back and forth an hour commute each way. 7 days a week a walking zombie at the time. I remember walking into are two bedroom apartment after a shift. My wife at the time asking I feed my daughter before I passed out. I mindlessly wandered into the kitchen pulled fresh pumped breast milk from the fridge filled a bottle, warmed it tested it and handed it to my newborn child. Unable to do anything for herself. I picked her up and fed her. Burped her and changed her before passing out and my on bed. Only to wake 4 hours later to get ready for my shift again. My bond with my Superstar ...

What's a bilge pump

What's a bilge pump? A question that arose as I stand knees deep in water. My 27 ft Catalina sluggishly making its way to an unoccupied dock in front of us. Even halfway underwater a sailboat is extremely safe it's the other 50% that is a cause for concern. Rick and I had left my slip in Long Beach Harbor that Saturday morning for a few hours of spearfishing in front of the Palos Verde cliffs. A trip I had made many times before. But nothing beats a sale. The wind in the sales, cold beer in the fridge a grill hot and ready to fry up our catch. The coast of California is a truly beautiful and changing environment. From San Diego to San Francisco the landscape continually changes the water a bit brisk is refreshing and cool against the stark contrast of the 100° sweltering Heat of Los Angeles. Cooking an egg on a 405 freeway Southern California. Rick more like a brother in his life Spends His Days running a machine shop with his wife. My 1979 Catalina sailboat a spectacular find...

Cops and robbers

Is a cop better than a criminal. Is a Rotten Tomato better than a rotten potato? They both feed the worms. A prison transfer fee a penalty from the badge. They cost $25,000 check their Bank account. The corruption is evident as a blind eye scene. The covering of one's senses a stain on humanity. The words never spoken, The Echoes never hurt the eyes blind. To the fact. The truth ignored as a Rotten Tomato holds more value than the potato here in vigato. Once twice or more the transfer swaps a hope. Extortion is a cop that can't be trusted by a con. The truth doesn't matter as the prisoner is held for ransom his time stretches on.

Chicken bus Indonesia

The bus arriving hour later was his ride. Not the image of a greyhound coach he's normally used to seeing in the States but more a chicken bus overloaded with men, women, children and actual chickens to his surprise. They're luggage bundled to the top as Potter without any other option board says destiny. Cramming his pack between his legs he settles in and hopes for the best. As the driver pulls away. Sets off. Water will soon learn time and Indonesia is set to a different. He sets the navigation on his phone and earbuds in his ears, closing his eyes. To catch a bit of sleep. And impossible task as the driver cranks up the Arabic music. Pumping through the 6-in speakers beside his head the route taking them down the middle of the elongated Island towards Jakarta the capital as far as he can tell only a few hour ride. As it turns out 48 hours later arriving in Jakarta bloodshot eyes a pounding headache and a stench of ruminating from every inch of his person the ride from hell...

Egypt 2

They offered me a cup of tea and cookies which I gladly accepted and Lounge back in the chair they provided for me. After going over my actions once again explaining that I'm just a traveler taking photos of beautiful historical landmarks. Using my social media as a timeline of my travels with detailed daily entries they left me to relax as they ran my background and verified my story. As Time passed I informed my guard that there was only one bus leaving at 3:30 that I needed to be on to make it out of the country that day. They told me not to worry because there was a bus station down the street. I was shortly greeted by the superior officer and told that if I left town they would let me keep my drunk. That already being my plan, I smiled, shook their hands and was kicked loose. Everything in order I had about an hour to make my bus. I quickly make my way to the station they recommended only to learn that no buses were leaving in the direction that I needed. Towards Israel and I ...

Abandoned Resort Indonesia

Massive extravagant resorts, reclaimed by nature, abandoned for reasons unknown, the answer is simplistic a lack of tourism in the region. Massive secluded Resorts left vacant for years. They're ever moving jungle around them not hindering to their presents. As an overgrowth of vines and trees in case the coastline along the crystal clear coastline. The infinity pool cascading down five tiers and ending into the sea.

Chess

ajedrez, chess is a game composed have 32 features for pieces on both sides black or white. 32 white squares 32 black. A game with impossible tactics. Dividing lines a set of specific rules. A king cannot be captured by default. He has to go down swinging. Checkmate as it's called. A finality. The pieces on either side unimportant. The defeat, the matter. A stalemate unaccepted. He resetting of the board. You're structuring of the pieces in place for another repeated attack. Most betray a repeated attempt at the same pattern. It continued flawed repetitious movement. No creativity in their steps. The movement systematic, robotic, predictable. A defeat predicted moves before. As the Mind processes the elimination of all other variables, accepting a Fate One Way or another. The game important. A hopeful challenge awaits. Necessity for the mind to expand. Intellectual necessity as scenarios unfold on a grand scale. Tactics of the mind. Some stronger in some areas than others.

Turkey

It was unlocked when I got there he said, a lie he told the foreman standing around him. His path of Escape temporarily blocked by their presence. The truth of how he access the locker known only to himself. The Taking of cash leaving the wallet going through its belongings the passport nothing else of use. They had attract him down faster than he thought and whose stupid enough to leave all that camera gear and drown out in the open in the first place she thought. Potter's Aerror had been ignoring his intuition to leave after liberating the valuables of this sucker of the man. And fled to another city he had become as complacent as his victim. Only a few hours earlier. Potter had arrived in Turkey a few weeks before. Hitchhiking from Romania across the massive country with ease. The generosity and concern from the locals a truly refreshing tone. As he crossed the bridge and Istanbul. Potter climbs tthe steep embankment on all fours the Mediterranean Coastline to his right the sma...

Vietnam 2

Saigon Vietnam also known as Ho Chi Minh a short cheap flight from Chiang Mai Thailand. As massive and busy as is. I found it quite easy to use their transport system. English being common in Vietnam made it as simple as asking airport security which bus to take to arrive at my destination. After the 30-minute ride through busy Saigon I hopped off and walked the remaining mile to find my hostel, about $3 a night, a cheap yet warm and welcoming place to start my journey of vietnam. Once checked in unloaded and beer in hand I caught up with the other travelers. Vietnam a common Backpackers destination due to its friendliness towards foreigners. Withdrawing $300 USD made me an instant millionaire. One can easily live a life of luxury on $500 a month in Vietnam a great meal and beer for about a dollar beautiful fully furnished apartments as low as 350 USD a month. Make this a common destination for expats and retirees. Vietnam quickly became one of my top entries to visit. After a day...

He had made friends

He had made friends in town. It had only been 6 months or so but it felt right. A place to call home. That was until today. Standing there barefoot, shirtleshirtless and the handcuffs hanging from his wrist. His other hand clutching the body camera.  At least he had that. The moon illuminated the night sky. It was a beautiful evening. ![20230704_171105.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmNNhT7RdDaxUVY274HvEzk98AKRnTyePU7oH6kKSy2BRe/20230704_171105.jpg) He had been in the tropical waters that lap the sandy island shores for the better part of 5 hours. Water logged and shivering he had to get off the streets somewhere safe. Hanging on the breaker wall the calm tide lapping his feet. Pulling up slowly, a pause for the few cars on the street that evening to move on so he can make a break for anywhere with people. The patrol cars still searching for him as the lights flicker off the plaster walls passing down the streets in front him. It's a calm day on the island. The lure of tourism...

Mini fridge

As I watch the black mini fridge bounce back and forth inside the hull of my sinking unthought out venture I then found myself pondering my most recent life decisions. As the 36' sailboat lashes back and forth over the massive rolling waves. Beer check, cigars check, wetsuit check as I run down a quick list of necessities I may need for my journey.  Uncertain of how long it will take with short notice and lacking sound judgment I slam the lid of my Chevy Impala's trunk and hit the road. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive from San Bernardino and the day after Christmas. I want expecting much traffic On my two week holiday vacation was uneventful upto that point. My at then second wife a tiny, sexy Latina and myself had a quiet Christmas. Just the two of us as our kids with other families.  We were on the lookout for a new sailboat well now for us. I has been searching craigslist regularly for anything of interest.
